chapter 9

Cerise POV

a strong gust of wind blew in our direction. I quickly drop the firewood that I was holding and hold on to my hood then Daring said.

"Hey red are you okay."

"Yeah I'm find." I said to him while I pick up the firewoods that I drop.

We went back to our area were Dexter and Raven are laughing

"Hey guys what's funny." Daring said

"Oh it just something dexter said." Raven replied between laughs

"Oh really what's is it about." I asked

"It's a knock joke mix with the chicken." Dexter said

"Oh let us hear it." Daring said

"Let's hear it after we make our fire okay guys." Raven said

We started making our fire it was simple if you have a lighter which Dexter seems to carry it. Then we sat on the two logs I sit next to Daring in the other log because Raven and Dexter seem to occupied the log that their sitting on

"Okay little bro let's hear the joke." Daring said

"Okay. Why did the chicken crossed the road." Dexter asked

"Why." Daring answered

"To get to the fat person house. Knock knock." Dexter said

"Whose their." Daring replied

"The chicken" Dexter said

There was a silence for a second until I chuckled a bit then Dexter and Raven followed afterwards Daring was their looking confused at us.

"I don't get it." Daring said confuse

"You're the fat person the chicken went." I said between laugh

"But I'm not fat mostly I'm muscular and Dex prepare yourself tomorrow in hero training." Daring said

"Oh no. I'm so scared." Dexter said sarcastically

"Come on Daring its just a joke." Raven said

The joke was so funny I didn't even notice how hungry I was until I heard my stomach growling. It was kind of embarrassing I hope no one notice it. I spoke to soon because Daring notice it.

"Ah is Red hungry." Daring said

"Am not." I deny but my stomach growl again

"Okay a little." I admitted

Daring started to get something. It was a pack of marshmallow.

"Hey Red catch." He said

I caught the marshmallow then he started to give them to Dexter and Raven. Dexter took some sticks and gave one each for us. I place mine marshmallow on the tip of the stick and start roasting it. While I was roasting it I remember I have some gram crackers in my bag. I ask Daring if he could hold my stick he said sure I gave him my stick then start searching the gram cracker I found them and ask if anyone has any chocolate Dexter said he'd had some then he pass it to Daring which he pass it to me. I grab my stick from daring and place my marshmallow and chocolate on the gram cracker and made a smore I past the gram crackers to everyone.

Time pass

It was already night time and we we're all getting tired me and Raven went to our tent while the boys went to theirs me and Raven said good night to them and they also said good night to us. Before I go to sleep Raven ask me something.

"Okay Cerise what's up with you and Daring."

"What do you mean by that Rae." I asked

"You two giving each other nicknames. Daring calls you red and you call him your highness."

"We're just friend okay Rae. Let's just sleep."

"Fine."

After that we fell asleep.

Another chapter finally done. I'm still horrible at making stories but I'm trying my best at making them and as always sorry for my wrong grammar.
