Finns pov :
"Will!" Ms.Pilsbury said. "What?" He asked her. "Its Rachel. " She said. My heart dropped instantly as she said her name . "What happened?" He asked her. "Her parents called she tried to commit suicide. " She told us. Everyone was silent for a moment and then I got up and ran out to my car and sped off to the hospital. 10 minutes later I arrived at the hospital and I rushed in and went to the front desk. "Hi I'm here to see Rachel Berry." I said. "Finn. " Mr.Berry her dad said . I walked over to her dad's. "Is she okay what happened? " I asked them . "She's resting but she left this." He said and gave me a note . I sat down and started to read the part about me , "And lastly to my first love Finn,
Forgive me Finn for I know you'll be better off with out me .I want you to known that even though were not together now I will always love you for the man I know you are. I know you'll be a lot happier without me in your life so I wish you the best my darling and I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me." I put my hand over my mouth . Oh my god, its all my fault . I thought . I looked at them and said , "Excuse me I need to make a call." I said and walked away .
