I am the broken shooting star
In the deepening nightfall sky,
Watch me blaze my heart for you
As my passions go streaking by.
Mesmerized, the world fades away
In the Cimmerian dusk of your eyes,
All that shines is your tender smile
Lit by the fascinated stars that sigh.
