It's not bad when you don't have a voice

Laughter spreads around the room.

Everyone enjoying themselves

But you're quiet

Why?

I couldn't tell you.

I don't know either.

Should you laugh along at a privet joke?

Or sit there numbly.

Accepting the rejection.

The past week hasn't been bad.

Then again

I haven't been myself this past week.

No one has.

Or

It's just me.

School isn't that bad when you don't really exists.

You're not really there.

Not known socially.

You're off the grid.

Why is it so easy to accept it?

To accept that you're nothing again.

That you are alone.

Why do I find it so comforting?
