Well umm...let me begin.
So I use Ibis Paint X and if you use that, then I use the 32 layer one even though I only like use 4 to 5.
So I start a new layer and then I use the black color or whatever and change the opacity. Then i draw the stick figures and then add the chin and what ever else I'm drawing...
Well, if you guys want more detail or another one, just ask...
I mean, I then outline it in black on another layer, then I add the base color on a layer under the main outline and make the sketch invisible, then I add shadings and blur, then I'm mainly done after I make the background and the shadings are on the same layer as the base colors.
I split the base colors into layers, so I have one for clothes, one for hair, and one for skin and face... So yeah... It would go hair, clothes and then skin in order to top to bottom...
