I woke up well rested and energized. Best sleep of my liiffee. Or so i thought until i remember my predicament. Dang...is...is it really over? It JUST started i really like him. I sigh and stand up to stretch.
"Nothing like a late night trip to the all night corner store to ease your mind i guess." I slip on my tenis shoes and my night cap and head downstairs as quietly as i could.
I turn the locks, making sure they didnt click to loud and swung the door open. My eyes widen in shock.
"R-Roc?" He took a step back and scratched the back of his head"what you doin here so late!?" I whisper yell. He looked me up and down and chuckled
"Girl its only 7 the sun JUST went down, where are you going "so late" at night" i step out and close the front door behind me.
"I WAS going to the corner store, nosey...you still never answered me...why is you here?"i blush and look away"here to break up in person?"
"Actually...no"
"OH! you must be here for your shirt right?" I turn around ready to go get it for him but he grabs my hand and spins me back around.
"Dang, stop tyrna get rid of me girl!"he sighs and bites his lip a little."look..I dont want us to end."more doves!!! "Prod broke into my house with the help of my mom early...and he explained what was up."
"Oh so it aint good enough to.hear it from ME? You had to get the go ahead from a guy?" The feminist in me began to surface.
"Chill! Of course ima have to get confirmation from someone else, why would i believe you if i honestly thought you were cheating?"he tried to reason
"Yeah...i guess....so, we're still together?"i asked shyly.
"Yeah, we still together "he grabbed both my my hands and kissed my cheek."i promise bot to assume the negative if you promise not to post pics like that again" i giggle.
"Iight, i promise."he laughs and pulls my night cap off of my head.
"Girl...why you wearing this?" He asked slipping it onto his head.
"I mean why not?"i shrug and begin to walk away
"Where we goin?"
"Corner store! I still want ice cream."

We enter the small store hand in hand and walk over to the little cooler that holds all of the ice cream.
"What you want?" Roc asked
"What? are you buyin'?"i lift my eyebrow and smirk.
"Yup! Get whatever you want...within reason."i giggle.
"Whatever...so you getting anything?"
"Nah im going out for the football team tomorrow...i dont need any sugary products" i nodded.
"I didn't know you were gunna do that." I picked up a pint of cookies and cream ice cream and we walk to the register.
"Yeah its nothing. I hope i make it tho" i kiss his cheek as he gives the giy behind the counter. Two dollars.
"I hope you make it too."
That night we sat in my room talking, kissing, and taking pictures...well we couldn't stay up all night. We had school the next day. So around 10:30 we went to sleep sprawled out on my living room floor.
