Chapter 5: Flowers for me?!

SPOV

"Hey, you did really good." I said as she looked up and her eyes widened.

"Wha-I'm I don't, u-uhm thanks. Thank you." Ally was stuttering. Typical Ally, I thought to myself as I smiled.

"A-are th-tho-those for me?" She asked as she pointed at the flowers I was holding.

"Yeah, it is." I said as her eyes widened more. I smiled and realized that maybe she thought that I was giving it to her because I wanted to.
"We give every performer we have flowers and free dinner." I continued to make it not weird.

"Oh, then thank you. I guess." She replied as she took the flowers.

"Can I leave my equipment here cause I have to get back out there to have dinner. Do you want to join me?" She asked as I nodded my head yes. We went to the tables and to my surprise she was heading to a table with a girl sitting alone.

APOV

OH FUCK, I FORGOT THAT I WAS HAVING DINNER WITH TOREY AND I JUST INVITED STEVIE TO JOIN US. THIS IS GONNA BE A SHIT SHOW.

"Hey you." Torey said as she stood up to give me a hug.

"Do you wanna introduce me to your friend?" Torey asked as I panicked.

"O-what, yeah. Torey this is Stevie. Stevie this is Torey." They shook hands.

"Nice to meet you." Torey said as she smiled at her.

We sat down and ordered our food. I looked at Stevie while she glanced through the menu.

"Have you tried our mojito? It's really good." She said as I got confused.

"Our Mojito?" I asked.

"Oh, yeah. I own this place." Stevie said as I was shocked.

"You own SB Resto-Bar?!" I asked as I was really shocked.

"Yeah. SB Resto-Bar, Stevie Boebi Resto-Bar. Kinda egotistic but I couldn't think of a better name." She said as my eyes widened.

"No, it's a great name." I said as I swore I made thing 100 times weirder.

"How'd you guys know each other?" Torey asked as she smiled at me.

"High school." Stevie said. I wanted to burn her so bad and so I did. I was still heart broken because of her.

"High school, she was my first love and she's the girl that broke my heart. Basically, she's the girl I dedicate my first album to." I said as I laughed softly and took a sip of my wine. Stevie looked embarrassed. Not to sound like a dick, but I was enjoying burning her.

"So, how are you and Sarah doing?" I ask as I took another sip of my wine.  I also smiled as I asked that question. I already finished 2 glasses of wine and I was still drinking.

"Sarah broke up with me on our college graduation." Stevie said as I felt like an asshole. My smile faded as I took another sip of wine. She looked really sad, she was just staring at her glass of wine.

"Oh, I'm sorry for bringing that up." I apologized. She just stared at her glass of wine.

Stevie smiled faintly.
"Enough about me, how long have you guys been together?" Stevie asked as I looked at Torey, held and squeezed her hand. I smiled at her and hopefully she's gonna go with my plan.

"We've been together for about 8 months now. We're keeping it on the down low though. Couldn't risk my relationship with this little sucker." Torey said as I was relieved. I owe her BIG TIME.

"It's been pretty hard keeping our relationship on the DL but you know, It's worth it." I said as I smiled at Torey.

SPOV

Wow. Ally has a girlfriend. I don't know why it affects me. Am I jealous?

"That's great." I said as I swallowed hard and smiled faintly. I looked at them as they just stared into each other's eyes and it felt like I wasn't even there. I cleared my throat.
"Listen, I gotta go home and feed Ziggy and Whisky. If you guys ever wanna hang out, you can come here whenever you guys want." I said as I I stood up and they stood up as well with their hands all intertwined and everything. That broke my heart.

"You still have Ziggy and Whisky?" Ally asked as she smiled. God, her smile is so perfect.

"Yeah, I'd never let go of those little angels. Anyways, it's nice meeting you Torey. And it's a pleasure to see you again Ally. Thanks for performing here too, this place is so packed!" I said as I hugged them. Ally, in my arms just felt normal.

"You can call me whenever you want me to perform again, I'll even do it for free." Ally said as she smiled. I smiled at her and took off to my car.

As I was driving home, I couldn't take Ally's face out of my mind. She looked even more beautiful. Why did I ever let her go?

APOV

Stevie just left and Torey sat in front of me on the table.

"I know what you're gonna say. Thank you so much, I owe you big time." I said as Torey looked at me with a straight face.

"Dude, if you still love her then you should've told her! Don't put me in the fucking middle!" Torey said as i felt my cheeks turn red.

"That's the thing. I don't want her to think that I didn't stop loving her because that will make her think that I'm a loser. I don't want her to know that I haven't gotten over her for 5 fucking years!" I said as I finished my 4th glass of wine.

"Jesus Christ Ally. This is not 6th grade. Stop acting like a kid and man up, would ya?" She said as that really hit me. I sighed.
"Look I can pretend to be your girlfriend still but you have to tell her sooner or later." Torey continued.

"Really, you'll help me out?" I asked sounding like an 8 year old.

"Yes, but you owe me a big fucking favor." She said as I smiled at her.

SPOV

It was 2:43 AM as I laid in my bed, staring blankly at the ceiling. I felt lonely. I felt alone. I wanted Ally. I looked at the contacts of the contract I had signed that will let Ally perform at my Resto-Bar and BINGO! I saw her phone number there. I didn't want her like sexually, I just wanted to talk to her. I dialed the number and called it.

"Hello?" Ally spoke up and she sounded very awake.

"Hey, it's uh Stevie." I replied as I was looking for words to say.

"Stevie, what the hell. It's almost 3 AM in the morning, what are you doing up so late?" Ally asked as she sounded worried.

"Nothing. I was just staring at the ceiling. What about you, you sound like you've been awake." I asked throwing the question back at her.

"I'm writing a new song. At least I have a fairly decent answer. What do you want from me at 3 AM?" Ally asked as I was still searching for words to say.

"I was wondering if you would want to come over. I just want to talk, you know. Catch up maybe?" I asked as I waited about a minute for a response.

"Sure, just text me your address." Ally replied with a monotonous voice as she hung up. She sounded pissed almost.

I texted her my address as I freshened myself up. I wore my pajama shorts and over it was a black muscle tee that looked like a dress. It almost looked like I didn't have pants on but it doesn't matter cause I was comfortable around Ally. I waited on my white leather couch as I read some of the reviews for my Resto-Bar. I heard a knock and made my way to the door. I opened the door and saw Ally wearing black sweatpants and a black fitted muscle tee. Typical Ally.
