RECAP:

Putting his hand in his pocket, he got down on one knee.

I gasped, and immediately started crying, as my hands covered my mouth.

"Jesse Taylor, you are the best thing that ever happened to me. The minute I saw you in this exact space, I was attracted to you. I thought you were pretty, and then I found out you were a white wolf. It made me more intrigued with you, and I can honestly say accepting you into my pack was the best decision I ever made. After you were made my mate, I knew that you were my life. Suddenly, everything else became unimportant, if you were happy, I was happy. It pained me so much today to pretend that I forgot about your birthday, I could barely keep it up. I guess what I'm trying to say is, I love you. And I want to spend the rest of my life with you."

I was bawling, and then he said the four words I will never forget in my life.

"Will you marry me?"

"Oh, Ashe... Yes!" I hugged him so hard, he almost couldn't breathe.

Showing me the ring, it was diamond. The diamond was a blood red color, and it was cut beautifully. The ring had, 'My Beauty' engraved on it.

I kissed him, and we spent the rest of the night worry-free, eating and playing games and running around.

At the end of the night, I had an idea.

"Hey. Follow me." It was my turn to lead him somewhere.

I took him my favorite spot in the woods, besides where we first met.

Laying down in a certain spot, I let Ashe into my mind, helping him recall why we're here.

*Flashback*
