What you need :
- bowl
- spoon
-wheatjerm
-seeds
-flour
-water
Step one: Put one tablespoon water into your bowl
Step two : Put one tablespoon wheatjerm in the bowl
Step three: Add 1/2 tablespoon seeds
Step four: Add one tablespoon flour and mix!
Preheat the oven to 150d0 and let the bake for 10-15min
