chapter 2

Melody's Pov:

it's been a few days since the hallway incident and my refusing to eat even though i did anyway. Today was in my opinion worse. every time Draven or Jessika isnt around i'm called fat or ugly. I didn't last through the 2 or 3 classes before lunch. In the class before lunch someone passed me a note that read. "your so fat and ugly. go starve yourself and and let other people eat fatty" After i read that i quickly got out of my seat and ran to the bathroom stall to force myself to throw up. once i threw up i just leaned against the toilet seat telling myself over and over again that i wont eat. i dont think anyone can help me. i'll still be called names while i stay here.....

Draven's Pov: (surprise! put in his pov)

the classes before lunch have ended and so i walk over to Melody's class so we can walk to lunch together. when i get to the classroom though i dont see her at all. i walk up to the teacher and ask her what happened with Melody. "she just got out of her seat and ran off in the middle of class. i dont know where she ran off to. though i did see this note on her desk" the teacher says letting me see what the note says. "your so fat and ugly. go starve yourself and and let other people eat fatty" i cringe and worry what she could possibly be doing right now. i hope she's not harming herself in any way. i hand the note back to the teacher and walk off in search of Jessika to help me find Melody before it's too late.

Jessika's Pov: (yay! 3 pov's in one chapter)

i'm heading toward the cafeteria when suddenly i see Draven running toward me with wide eyes filled with panic and worry. "Draven, what's wrong? why were you running?" i quickly ask him as he stops his running once he reaches me. "Melody. She ran off in the middle of class... she got this horrid note from someone.... the teacher let me see it and told me what happened when i didnt see her when i went to pick her up to head to lunch together. i have a nasty feeling in my stomach that she ran off to the bathroom" i try to calm Draven down a bit first before i tell him that i'll look for her in the bathroom and for him to wait for me, near the bathrooms incase i need him. i look through the bathrooms and end up finding Melody in the bathroom stall she usually hides in when things like this happens. she's leaning against the toilet, hands scratching her wrists. i quickly grab her hands to stop her from scratching and ask her to look at me. "Melody, stop... please... your not fat or ugly so dont believe it when they tell you. you are beautiful and smart and i'm sorry hun but you need to eat more..." Melody suddenly interrupts me. "i'm not eating." i sigh and text Draven. "i dont know how or what were going to do to get Melody to eat.... she's refusing to eat again. i found her leaning against the toilet and scratching her wrists..." not long after i sent the text he sends one back saying. "bring her out of the bathroom if you can. we'll figure something out. we might need the nurses help though." i sigh and help Melody up onto her feet and walk with her out of the bathroom. Melody groaned and whined about moving from her small safe haven. i didnt listen though, she need's to eat somehow and it's best if it's not in the bathroom so she will have less tempatation to vomit.
