I always wondered, as a

kid, what happened to

the prince and princess

after they road off into

the sunset. My mother

always just told me they

were happy forever and

Ever.

My parents are still

together. But that's only

according to the law.

they are legally still

married, but my mother

closed off from my dad

It use to be so important

for them to have date

nights. It meant so much

to them to constantly hold

hands and say, "I love you."

Now it just

Doesn't.

Movies lie by omission.

They lead girls to think

that all you have to do

is get "the one" then

everything else just

falls into place. Then

they grow up and

learn that the stuff

in movies doesn't

Exist.
