This is actually not about a character, but I'll tell you the things I know

The white mogeko in the middle (and also sweating), is General Hashasky from Russia.
The other Russian mogeko that looks like Moge-ko is Mogek-ov Hashasky (she's quite calm).
In this game, Yonaka became Lord Prosciutto and resurrected Nega Mogeko (defect Mogeko).
General Hashasky was kidnapped by Moge-ko all the way from Russia.
Gen. Hashasky was made 'a toy' by Moge-ko and was released from his cell by normal Yonaka and defect mogeko.
Moge-kov Hashasky fought Moge-ko (I think) in a scene in the game.
