For once in Michaels whole life, he could hear nothing, not the sound of cars or traffic or anything, just silence, and he thanked God that Calum's name wasn't spoken.
Michael heard his phone ring, automatically picking it up, seeing it was the fire station.
"Michael! Are you safe? Is Carson ok?! I am so happy to be alive you have no idea, I'm about to leave and go on my way home ok?"
