I know you've already been through so much at the hand of president snow but hopefully not for much longer. I have this deal made this peacekeepers that if you win, Snow will die and you'll take his place but you need to get out alive. Kill anyone you need to.

You're stronger than most tributes which is due to your non stop work out. You are more than capable of winning but I know you like to save people but you don't have a choice anymore. If you want the games to end you need to win.
