Chapter 3

I woke up by the sound of my alarm , feeling very lazy to get up from bed is my second thought now, '' nope... I just have to or else my mother is going to make the day an interesting one for me.

''urgh.. the thought of my mum making today an interesting one is just disturbing, I mean you think after my 28years of existing she will let me be, well in my own case in quote, is not. But I still needed sleep since it was weekend , I had worked all through the weekend, especially Friday night I stayed up all night reading and researching on my new project, I had to since it was part of my job. Since I'm an entrepreneur, I involve in so many work and risk at the same time but I get to enjoy the profit at the end.. my parent knew that I like watching investigation series and reading in my boring apartment at the same time, the idea of me staying in my apartment is a no no for them especially mum, that is why they always call me and my brothers to spend the weekend with them.

I manage to struggle out of bed, if I did not spend the weekend at home, my mum is going to make more boring for me. I know I am the only daughter of my parent and she 's always lookout for me. But sometimes she needs to understand that I'm old enough to look out for my self..

I took a long shower and made myself a coffee and got ready to go but I couldn't help t9o take a look at my apartment one more time as if I'm just seeing it for the first time., I have big apartment, two storey building, two cars and a great job, but one is missing in my life which and I think is impossible to get or find. love is almost every is searching or looking for even though it has to be little. I'm just a lonely lady who has everything but is incomplete internally. right now my apartment is complete with all the furniture and all but lacks the presence of being used, while I on other hand I need a partner, some who I can love and also love me back, that is why me and my apartment connects easily, so I'm single no big deal about it, basically I'm not the only one who is and searching for the impossible like me.

It was two and half hour journey to my parents house, I left my dog with one of my neighbors and right now earphone is my ear, I like listening to music very well is like I'm addicted to it, I think that is the only personality I inherited from my parent, they both love listening to music so much that it makes them fit all the time.

it was a long ride home but I still manage to get home in time. I was at the door when and pressed the door bell, but I couldn't make a picture of who was coming cos definitely is not mother's figure, as I was waiting for the door to be open. ''hey sis, always looking gorgeous as ever, says my brother Mike'. sensing his uneasiness.'' hello Mike and you look hmmn I don't the same, I said sarcastically. Mike was always tricking me into looking at things that aren't there or trying to pretend to give me a welcoming hug that is not genuine, sensing this is one the moment and with my very sharp instincts, which makes them angry all the time, I mean even as they are married with kids you think they will stop behaving this way, nope they are still children whenever they come home for get together.

'' Mike If I were you I wouldn't play another trick and end up in the hospital just like the last time. says mum, while coming out to give me a hug.

'' you are not fun mum, he says with disappoint on his face, while walking away

'' I will make it less painful next time, I shouted towards him. mum just shook her head at our little banter. I went to hug my dad after displaying his talented dance, well my dad starts his welcoming with a dance, my family love to dance and listening to music. I went hug my sister in law, my other brother James has a wife and two kids, a boy and a girl. he is very lucky to have such a nice lady, good ladies are hard to find. '' hey James, where are the kids, I asked. '' they went to camping with their grandpa harry, that is his father in law.
