Alison's pov

"Happy anniversary babe" she whispered in my ear

Chills went down my spine it couldn't of been Emily I saw the text she was dead, I turned around and she was right there

"Emily" I whispered she smiled

"I love you so much" she said while wrapping her arms around my waist while I wrapped them around her neck

"I thought you were dead" I didn't know why I started to cry I mean Emily was alive I guess they were tears of joy. she put her forehead against mine

"I promised you I wouldn't leave you" she said while wiping away my tears

"But I got that picture" she whipped away my tears again

"We'll talk about it later, let's just enjoy tonight, so stop crying" I giggled and she kissed my cheek and grabbed my hand

Emily's pov

While we were walking home I kept glancing at Ali I missed her so much. I didn't really plan anything cause I just wanted to stay at home and be with her. We reached my house and stepped inside.

"Do you want to order takeout?" I nodded and sat down. She ordered and then sat next to me

We sat in an awkward silence for a few minutes then door went off I ding reminded me of being trapped every day a ding like that would go off, then he would come out and kick me I shivered thinking of the memory, then Ali came back with the food. I grabbed a fortune cookie and opened it, it said

Love is like sweet nectarine, good to the last drop

I smiled then looked at Ali who was trying to pick up a piece of chicken with chopsticks. I grabbed a pair of chopsticks and put a piece of chicken in my mouth

"Show off" she laughed I scooted closer to her and grabbed a piece of chicken and fed it to her

"I missed you so much" I said while putting a piece of her hair behind her ear.

"I've missed you" I kissed her, and it felt like my first time kissing her it was  full of passion but not lust, it was full of love. She broke apart to breath.

"Please don't leave again" she said while putting her head on my shoulder, I wish I never left to meet Maya I still haven't heard from her since I left and she took those little girls.

"Will you tell me what happened?" She looked straight into my eyes

"I will I don't want to spend our anniversary like that"

"But Em I want--"

"Ali drop it" I snapped, I didn't want to tell her because I didn't want her to worry

"Look Ali I'm sorry I just want to enjoy today with you"

"Let's do something" she said while standing up

"Want to go swimming" she offered, I'd love to go swimming but I only have two piece bathing suits and I didn't want her to see my bruises

"Let's just relax" I said and pulled her down onto my lap, she wrapped
her legs around me and I winced from the pressure on my bruises.

"Did I hurt you?" She said while getting off my lap

"No Ali I'm fine" I said while repositioning myself

"Em please don't lie to me" she said

"It's nothing" she came closer to me and lifted up my shirt, she gasped

"Em" I quickly pulled down my shirt

"Ali can we please talk about it later" I put my hand on my head in frustration

"But Em" she tried to life my shirt up again but I slapped her hand away maybe a little to hard

"Ali I'm sorry it's just I want to have a good anniversary" she rubbed her hand

"It's just hard knowing that you went through something like that"  I kissed her hand

"It'll be okay" I said and she smiled

"I hope" she went upstairs and I followed she gave me a box I opened it and it was a beautiful necklace

"Ali this is beautiful" she grabbed it and  put it on me

"When you first left I got it for you as a welcome back gift" she sat on my bed and I sat next to her

"I got you something but you have to wait" I looked at the time it was 9:00 I was planning on giving her a promise ring but I wanted to wait for 11:11 to prove wishes do come true

She crossed her arms. "I love you though" I said while wrapping my arms around her. Then someone knocked on the door

Ali and I went downstairs to get it she opened the door and I couldn't believe it he was back the person who took me before but this time he was with more people

"Em do you know them"

"Ali run" I screamed but she looked at me confused someone grabbed her from behind and held her I tried running to her but he pulled a knife to her throat

"Step closer and I'll slit her throat" I stayed in place and the other one grabbed me

"What do you want" I said trying to get out of his embrace

"I want you" the third person said then he turned to Ali

"And once I'm done with you I'll have her all to myself" the person who grabbed Ali had the knife right in her neck, little specks of blood started drizzling down

"Stop, just kill me" I tried to get out of his brace again but he held tighter so I started screaming loudly

"Shut up" all three of them yelled but I continued. I eventually stopped and looked at Ali, there were tears and blood streaming from her.

"Emily all you have to do is--" he got cut of by police sirens

"Shit" he said

"Finish her" another said

The one holding Ali cut her throat more , dropped her and they all ran out the back

"Ali" I screamed and caught her
