i'm really trying to rewrite this book, but i feel like i'm just doing shit. ;-;

"am i dead?" i asked

i heard laughter, so i'm guessing that's a no.

"no, because if you were, you wouldn't be able to talk."

i laugh and open my eyes.

"whoa." we both said at the same time.

my cheeks turn to a dark shade of pink, which i quickly cover as i start to stand again. its my first day in california, and i'm already blushing. wow. embarrassing much?

speaking of cali, where is ash?

"right here!"

"did i say that out loud?" jesus bring me some holy water.

they all slowly nod.

she was standing by a bright blue eyed guy. i think he is 17?

maybe 18? i don't know, but what i do know is  he looks like ash's type. does she have a type?

"no, actually,no." she was glaring at me.

and i said that out loud again. shit. stop it addison! "well, this is getting awkward." the brown eyed mystery man said. "nash, maybe we should go." he was giving the guy a signal, meaning i just totally embarrassed myself in my first day.

well, there goes my life.

"but this was getting good.' he smirked, sharing a slight glance at  ash. she blushed.

i would just kill to be in her shoes right now, but noo.

atleast she doesn't blow anything with guys, like i do.

fuck this shitty life.

i roll my eyes. "ash, maybe we should go unpack." i said looking at the ground.

i don't want to be embarrassed anymore.

i want to crawl under a bed and die with icecream in my hands.

what a good plan.

"but it's already arranged for us, addison."

i gave her a death stare, "never call me that, ashton." i smirked.

she cringed.

out fathers both gave us terrible names.

"fine." she said through gritted teeth.

i won, biotch
