CHRISTMAS TIME!🎄

Today was the day. Alex and I were flying back to visit our family for Christmas! It has been 4 months sense I ran into Alex again. We aren't dating unfortunately, but we're really close again.
"Lego!" I yelled pulling Alex trough the airport
"Ok ok, gees!" He scurried
"I'm so happy to see Jake and Beth and mom and Taylor and-"
"Ok I get it. You're happy to see everybody." He cut me off
"Who peed in your Cheerios." I said scrunching my eyebrows
"No one. Let's just go."
I stopped
"No seriously what's up?"
"Nothing!" He yelled scaring me
"Ok...." I said speed walking to our plane
I sat down by the window and Alex soon sat beside me.
"Look I'm sorry just a little over whelmed." He said as I put head phones in my ears

"Shelbyyyyyy!" "Shelbyyyyy!"
I woke up to Alex shaking me
"We're here." He said
I yawned and stretched.
"Mmmmm K!" I said standing up
We walked off and I saw my mom and Beth standing with a sign that said "Shelby" I ran toward her dropping my bags. She caught me.
"Hey baby girl!" She said
"I thought I was your baby!" Beth stomped
"You're both my babies!" Mom laughed
"I missed you so much!"
"Who's this? Wait Alex?"
I turned to see Alex caring my stuff and my mom covering her mouth.
"Oh yea Alex goes to my college. We wanted to surprise everyone with him coming home too!"
"Oh um ok!" She grinned
We all walked to her car and put our bags up. We shortly arrived and I dragged Alex. I walked in.
"SUPRISE!" Everyone yelled
Jake came and hugged me.
"I've missed you also much!"
Nash walked up.
"Alex?"
"Oh um hey dad."
"You've gotten so tall!" He laughed
"Nash it's only been a few months he can't be that much taller." I laughed
"I haven't seen him in years."
"Years?" I asked Alex
"Yea about that." He started
My mom walked in.
"Please tell me someone got pictures?" She said dropping our bags.
"I did!" Mahogany said
"Hoggers!" I said hugging her
"Daddy I want to see Shelby!" I heard Emma say.
"Ok one second!" I heard Hayes respond
"I do to!" Ella said
I soon saw two dark brown little heads getting carried toward me.
"Girls!" I said hugging the twins
"They wouldn't stop bugging me!" Hayes laughed
"They love me!" I said taking them
"Alex?" Hayes asked
"Yea." He answered scratching his neck
"Why is everybody so shocked to see you?" I asked him
"Tell you later." He said walking to the kitchen
The party lasted a few hours and we all caught up. I was staying 2 weeks so they decided we could do a secret Santa party on Christmas day. After everybody left I decided to talk to Alex.
"Spill." I said looking at Alex
"Fine. After you left it was kind of hard on me. I stayed here for a year but after we stopped talking my mom got out of jail. I decided to go live with her and my step dad in Kentucky. I never visited anybody and thats
why they're all shocked. I regret it to. I've missed every thing. I mean Hayes has two daughters. Mahogany has a son now. And now Aaron has three kids. Cameron even has a daughter. Then there's Matt who now has two boys."
"You missed a lot." I said looking down.
"Can you catch me up on anything?"
"Can we start tomorrow. It's getting late." I yawned
He nodded
"Good night!" I said walking to my room
"Sweet dreams!" He responded laying down
