Clin was walking steadily home. A lot replayed in his mind. Them first meeting, going to prom together, and the time that he left her. He had tried so hard to get her out of his mind. Every day for the past four and a half years he thought of her. Every single day. Without fail, he thought of her. He couldn't shake her off. At the beginning it was the worse. He felt guilty, this girl, women was the most constant thing in his life, he might even go as far to say that she was his life. So just "upping and leaving" as his mother would put it, pushed a lot of weight onto his conscience. And that wasn't pleasant. He constantly worried about her, left and right. Every time someone asked him about Ella he had to reply "I don't know.", because he honestly didn't. He worried that she might've stared cutting and burning again. And he wouldn't be there to stop her. He didn't get her out of his mind until six months ago. Then, of course, Ella had to show up on his doorstep again. Well, the bakery's doorstep, but same thing. Ella was back in his life, and he was sure of it. The only thing he wasn't sure of is how he felt towards him.

A/N: Not too proud of this chapter.
