Leon and Misaki were walking to Card Capital on a rainy day. They were walking after a date. The two of them have been dating for 3 months now. Leon was holding the umbrella and holding Misaki's hand. They were talking about Vanguard and their date. When they stopped talking, Leon looked to the side and saw...
Yume.
Yume was playing with a cat. She crouched down and place her umbrella over the cat. She was wet through the bone. Yume noticed him and smiled. Leon looked at Yume then soon turned away, leaving Yume alone in the street. Leon looked to the front, thinking about Yume. A couple of minutes later, Misaki saw Kai sitting in the rain. He seemed to be thinking about something until he noticed Misaki walking. He gave Misaki a small sad smile. Misaki did the same thing Leon did, look at Kai for a while and turned around. She felt guilty for leaving Kai alone. In 5 minutes, they reached Card Capital.
"See you tomorrow, Leon."
"Yeah. Bye, Misaki."
Leon gave her a small peck in the lips before leaving. When Leon was sure that Misaki is already inside, Leon ran. He ran to the place he last saw Yume. By the time he was there, Yume had collapsed. He carried the brunette to his house.
10 minutes after Leon left, Misaki went outside. She brought her umbrella and went to the last location she saw Kai.
She placed the boy's arm over her shoulder and brought him back to Card Capital.
Leon placed Yume in his bed, after asking Jillian and Sharlene to change her clothes. He suddenly remembered overhearing a conversation from Jillian, Sharlene, and Yume a month ago.
-Flashback-
"Hey Yume, why do you never tell Leon-sama how you felt?" Sharlene asked.
"Yeah. It's obvious you like him," Jillian said.
"I can't. He likes Misaki, Misaki like him back. I guess I should consider Aichi's confession..."
Yume said.
"Give Leon-sama some time. I'm sure he'll like you back one day,"
Jillian said. Sharlene nodded in agreement.
"Thanks, you two."
-Flashback end-
Leon was surprised. He forgot or wasn't aware of Yume's feelings.
