Chapter 17: Mixed stories (Part 1)

At school:
(Mia was looking at her locker then Emma walked to her)
Em: Hey Mia !
Em: Hey Em !
Em: You must left really early the morning ... I didn't saw you ...
M: (Laughing) It's true ... I woke up at 4:00 am ...
Em: Whaaat ?! Why ?
M: That's the hour I used to wake up at the Glades, for our morning walk !
Em: Don't get this the wrong way, but I don't want to live like that ...
M: Don't worry ! Lots of people !
(They laughed)
Em: Did you liked the sleeping bag ?
M: Yeah it was really comfortable ! I used to sleep in sleeping bags when I'm going to camping with Daniel in the woods, so this isn't something new for me !
Em: I'm happy that you liked cause it seems you're gonna stay here for a while longer that we thought ...
M: What's going on ?
Em: Laura didn't call ... Which means she didn't find her brother yet ...
M: It's ok !
(Daniel started walking to them behind Mia and covered her eyes)
M: What's going on ? Who is this ?
(Emma started laughing quietly)
Dan: (Whispering at her ear) Guess who !
M: DANI ! (turned around fast)
Dan: Hey !
M: I can't believe it (Hugs him) ! (Pulls over) What are you doing here ?
Dan: I came to see you ! (Notices Emma) Hey-...
Em: Emma !
Dan: Right, Emma ! I'm sorry, I'm forgetting about your name all the time !
Em: It's cool !
M: When you're gonna leave ?
Dan: In a few hours ...
M: No !!
Dan: Sorry ...
(Daniel and Mia hugged)

Dan: What happened ?
Em: Why you're not staying ?
Dan: Where ?
Em: We'll see that's not a problem !
Dan: How about my school ?
Em: You can come here !
Dan: This actually can work ! It's a good idea !
M: AWESOME !
Em: Great, come to my house after school ! To see where you're gonna leave !
Dan: Ok, bye for now !
M: Where are you gonna go ?
Dan: I guess I'll go sit in a cafeteria till school's over ...

(Daniel left)
(Mia jumped on Emma and hugged her)
M: (Jumping up and down) THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU !!!!
Em: No problem ! Now please let me go, you choking me !
M: (Pulls over) Sorry ... I was really happy !
Em: It's fine !
(Laura walked the hallway with the head down and tried to pass them but Emma stopped her)
Em: Laura !
La: Oh, hey guys didn't saw you ...
Em: Don't worry about it !
M: Hey, did you learn anything about your brother ?
La: Umm ...
Em: Well ?
La: Umm ... Noo ! Nothing !
M: Are you sure that you-
La: I said nothing ! Now, NO MORE QUESTIONS !
(Laura ran away as fast as she could)
M: That was weird ...
Em: What do you mean ?
M: I mean that she acted really guilty ! Like she knows something that we don't ! Like where Blake's hiding !
Em: You think ?!
M: I can't say nothing for sure ... I'm just saying to keep an eye on her !
Em: Ok, I guess ... Hey, where's Jax ?
M: At the chemistry lab he's finishing a project !
Em: Oh yeah, for that Laura was running !

Em: He had a project with Laura .
M: Oh ...
Em: Wherever, come on we have English !
M: ENGLISH ?! COME ON LET'S GO !! (Pulling Emma's hand)
Em: Ok, we don't have to run that hard !
M: It's just that I don't want to be late ! That English teacher doesn't like me ...
Em: Don't worry, that English teacher doesn't like anyone ...
(They laughed and ran to class)
At the chemistry lab:
(Jax was trying to put a chemic carefully in a pot when Laura ran in and scared him)
J: AAAA !!!!
(Jax dropped all the chemic in the pot and the pot started shaking)
La: O-oh ...!
J: This can't be good ...
(The pot started smoking)
La: It's gonna explode ! WATCH IT !!
(Laura fell on Jax)
(The chemic exploded)
J&La: Wow ...
J: Come on ! (Helping her get up)
La: Thank you ...
J: Thank YOU ! This will explode on my face !
La: Yeah, but I scared you !
J: Right ...
La: I'm sorry-
J: It's ok ! But now we have no project ...
La: "I destroy our project cause I scared Jax, make me another one so I can relax" (She finish the project) Here !
J: Oooh .... And I wanted to do it by myself this time ...!
La: You ? You were using your powers for everything !
J: I know ... And I still do ! Is just that I'm trying to change !
La: Woah ! The human world really changed you !
J: Hey, you're leaving in the human world too !
La: Well I didn't let it change me !
J: FINE !
La: FINE !
(Awkward chat)
J: (Coughs) Sorry about that ...
La: Me too ...
J: Then we're both sorry ...!
La: Yeah ...!
J: Yeah ...
(They paused for a few seconds)
La: (Intense) I FOUND MY BROTHER !
J: YOU DID ?! FOR REAL ?! Have you told Emma ?
La: No ...
J: Then we should tell her ! (Tries to run out but Laura stopped him)
La: WAIT ! She .... has .... class right now !
J: Right ... I'll tell her later !
La: NO !
J: Ok, what's going on with you ?!?
La: WHAT GOING ON ?!?! I'VE NOTHING !!!
J: Yes you have ! Tell me !
La: Well you see-
J: And no lying !
La: Me and my-
(The bell rang)
La: Oops, the bell rang gotta go !!
(Jax tried to tell her that they have chemistry together but she already ran out)
J: (Yelling) WAIT, WE HAVE- (Stop yelling) Nah, she's gonna notice ...

I know I didn't let you in a super important moment but this and the next chapter are ONE ! I just split it in two parts cause it was really big ... I named the chapters "Mixed stories" cause I really didn't know how to name it (I don't mention something specific) ...! I won't put questions to this chapter either to the next one !!
