Chapter Ten

(That is the beach house Vanessa talks about later.)

Vanessa's Pov

One month later

" Luke I'm going to America." My voice cracked each time I spoke.

"Wh-What?" Luke cried. I couldn't stand to see him like this.

"I'm sorry." I said, letting all the tears spill down my face.

"When are you leaving? When are you coming back?" Luke said whiping away my tears.

"I leave tomorrow afternoon. I might come back in six months." I said more tears streaming down my face.

"It's okay babe, we can work this out. We will work this out." Luke said giving me a small smile.

"Lu-Luke we all know long distance never wo-orks." I said tears threatening to spill again.

"No Vanessa don't say that please.... Don't fucken say that." Luke said running his hands through his hair.

"We can text, call and facetime everyday. It'll be okay I promise." He cried.

"I'm sorry Luke, I really am." I said softly looking at the ground tears spilling from my eyes.

"When you come back, will you still live here?" Luke asked lifting my chin with his fingers.

"Yeah, but I'm going to stay at my moms beach house for a while it's not too far from here, then we'll move back to here next door from you." I said sighing.

"Okay, so this is it were over." Luke said with his voice cracking.

"Don't think of it as a break up, just a break.." I smiled weakly. He looked down at me and pulled me into a hug.

"I'm going to miss you princess." He sighed.

"I'll miss you too." I said, wiping away his tears.

Airport

There's only ten minutes left for my flight to board, and saying bye to everyone is pretty hard.

Maddie.

" I'm going to miss you so much." she cried into my shirt.

"Im going to miss you to." I said hugging her tightly.

Ashton

"Awww my little girl is all grown up." Ashton said smiling

"Yeah yeah." I said pulling him into a hug.

Mikey

"Im going to miss you, yah know?" Mikey said smiling.

"Im going to miss you too." I said pulling him into my arms.

Calum

" Ima miss you. Whatever you need I'm always there for you." Calum said weakly smiling.

"Ima miss you too, Cal, do me a favor?" I asked.

"Yeah, anything." He said curious.

"Take care of Luke for me, don't let him do anything stupid while I'm gone, yeah?" I asked.

"Sure thing." Calum said

Luke

"Im going to miss you so much Luke. Call, Text and Facetime me every day." I said beginning to cry.

"Im going to miss you too." Luke said. He started to lean in and kiss me. It felt amazing. His cold lip ring against my lips felt lovely. I would of kept going but I had to go. I'm gonna miss his lips and his lip ring too.
