How do I enter a story?
Your story can be in any genre, but be sure to add the tag #DiverseLit to be join the campaign.
How many stories can I enter?
As many as your heart desires.
Does it need to be completed?
Not at all, you can submit it your story when you publish the first part.
What if I don't write in English?
You can still participate no matter what language you write in!
Does my story need a sticker to join the campaign?
No, that is strictly optional. All you need is the tag #DiverseLit.
How will I know if my story qualifies?
If a character or characters in your story are part of a minority group. This can be with body type, religion, sexual identity, illness, disability, race, or nationality. If you still are unsure ask me, but be sure to tell me an attribute you think makes them diverse. Knowing just your characters' past experiences won't give me an accurate look at whether your story qualifies. If your story is a part of the @FreeYourBody or @talkthepoc campaigns then it qualifies automatically.
Examples of attributes of a character that would qualify for this campaign?
A character is albino. A character is Buddhist. A character has bulimia. A character is an amputee. A character is plus size. A character has autism. A character is pansexual. A character is African American. A character is deaf. A character is transgender.
