A few months have gone by since you first arrived. You've become a prominent member of the team, a member of the support group, along with Sniper, Medic, and of course, Spy. Everyone on the team likes you, but Spy's feelings for you have only grown. You find yourself spending much of your free time with the suave frenchman. He's bid you entrance to his smoking room, and you go there whenever you find yourself needing peace and intelligent company.

Your POV

"YOU FAILED!" The Admin's voice boomed over the intercom. "Shit...Solly's gonna be pissed." I holstered my .22 and headed inside, checking my score on the way: 20 kills, 5 deaths. As I walk into the warehouse, I immediately hear Soldier screaming at Scout.

"WE WOULD'VE WON IF YOU HAD NOT FUCKED UP, PRIVATE!" Scout looked at me with pleading eyes. For some reason, I was the only one who could calm Soldier down.

"Give him a break Sol, I think we all had a rough day."

He looked thoughtful for a moment, then said, "I'll leave him alone, on one condition."

"Which is?"

"You make cupcakes again..." I giggled.

"Deal." Everyone cheered, they all love my baking.

After everyone calmed down, I went to the kitchen to start the cupcakes. I mixed the batter, made the frosting, and put the cupcakes in the oven. I had some free time while they baked, so I decided to visit Spy. We got along very well, and he made good on his promise of not prying into my past. Little did he or anyone know... I've developed a small crush on him.

I knock on the door to his smoking room, and hear some ruffling on the other side. I hope I'm not interrupting anything. He opens the door, and upon seeing it's me, smiles.

"Bonjour (y/n)."

"Bonjour Spy. May I join you for a bit?"

"Of course ma cherie." He stepped aside, allowing me entrance, and closed the door behind me.

"How 'ave you been?"

"Good, you know, as well as I can be when Solly and Scout are yelling at each other." He chuckled.

"Oui, they are a handful. I'm still amazed at how you're able to calm Soldier though."

"Well, it comes at a price."

"And that is...?"

"My supply of vanilla." He outright laughed this time.

"Making you bake again, is he?"

"Yeah. I don't mind though, I actually love cooking."

"Have you ever made a crepe?"

"I've tried, but I always burn them..."

"Mm, they are a difficult dish. Perhaps I could teach you?"

I smiled, a light pink dusting my cheeks. "I'd like that."

Before he could say anything else, there was a knock on the door. He sighed, obviously annoyed.

"Yo (y/n)!" It was Scout. "Ya got a package!"

Spy opened the door. In Scout's hands was the package I ordered from Amazon MONTHS ago.

"Finally! Thanks Scout." I take the package from the bostonian runner, and he walked off to Saxton-knows-where.

"Now what could this be, hmm?" Spy leaned towards me, eyebrow raised and a smirk on his lips. I blushed.

"Just something I ordered awhile ago. I'm glad it finally got here."

"You will open it, non?"

"Yeah, but it'd be better if I opened it in my room, there's a lot of stuff." His smirk grew.

"Well ma cherie, you have piqued my interest."

"Feel free to join me."

With that, we headed towards my room. I was a bit nervous, as no one has been in my room before. Since I had my hands full with the box, Spy opened the door for me. I set the box down on my bed, and turned to Spy. He looked briefly around my room before turning to me, smiling.

"May I borrow your knife?" He took it out, showing off with some flips of his balisong, before handing it to me. "Thank you."

I turn back around and open the box. Inside were the things I've been waiting for for months: an easel, a set of brushes, and a whole lot of paint.
