"You can't keep crying like this Nina."

"Like you care." Noonie replied pissed.

"Man you carrying my seed so I do care." Marcel sighed rubbing down his face. They were at it again and he was trying hard to change.

"I just don't understand why I'm not good enough. Is it my weight or my wild hair. Am I too light in skin color. What is it so I can fix it?" She cried harder pacing the floor.

"Baby girl you're a blessing. Nothing about you needs to be-"

"It has to for you to treat me like shit and do my dirty. I've done nothing but love-"

"Love me. I know and I'm sorry you do. I told you I wasn't ready for a commitment. I'm still not but I'm trying to change day by day." Marcel stood up pissed.

He was upset that she didn't see the little change. He had stopped going out and coming home at late hours.

Before Nina could respond the door bell rung. She went to answer it.

"He hit you again?" Joanne, Nina's befriend asked. She invited her self in. Nina closed the door and was about to walk back to the living room when the door bell rung again.

"Oh my. Why are all of you here. It's Christmas for crying out loud." Nina became aggravated as her Keisa and Cecily walked in; sister and cousin.

"Uh uh why you look like you've been crying all day?" Keisa asked as they entered the living room. Marcel was sitting on the couch with his head in his hands. Joanne was giving him a deadly glare and if looks could kill he would be dead already.

"This is your boyfriend?" Keisa coughed making Marcel look up. He quickly dropped his head back down and shook it.

"Marcel meet my sister Keisa, cousin Cecily, and best friend Joanne." Nina sighed and introduced the three to him.

"We've met." Keisa rolled her eyes and sat down. He was the guy who she'd dated right after her break up with her abusive ex. He filled her head with so many lies and still being scared of what was next she didn't open up to him. Marcel decided it would be best to just let her go because she wasn't ready for anything nor were they having sex.

"Is that a good thing or bad thing?" Joanne asked.

"Neither."

"Look I'm trying to spend Christmas with my girl. Can ya'll leave now?" Marcel asked. He wanted to get the argument over with so he could be at peace. Knowing Nina she had a lot to say and until she got it off of her chest they would continue to go at it any time they seen each other. Plus being that him and Keisa had something going on before thigns would get real heated.

"Who he talking to. I know he not talking to us?" Joanne asked standing up.

"So you knew me and him were talking not that long ago and you just decided to fuck him anyway?" Keisa asked Nina. Nina looked confused. She looked between her sister and Marcel.

"Wait I thought you were messing with some Mali dude?" Nina asked.

"It was a nickname but I didn't know you two were sisters nor did I know you knew each other. Shit you don't even talk about your family. If you about to start some shit about this on the real you gone regret it." Marcel barked.
