I used to think that I'd have a happy ever after.
And I'd be with my Prince Charming forever.
He'd sweep me off my feet,
And love me from the very first day we meet.
I used to dream about how our love story would start,
That even wicked stepsisters can't break us apart.
He'd show me his love in a million ways,
He'll keep me in his arms till our very last days.
But that was when I was just a kid,
Who believed in fairytales so vivid.
Cause now I see how cruel reality is.
No fairytales, only nightmares, I promise.
