Sakurai Ryo- Panic Attack

WARNING: May be a little triggering, if you think it will trigger something please do not read but if you suffer with anxiety and stuff and you need someone to talk to I am always here for you <3

Also this is really short so hopefully you can enjoy if not I'm sorry. (Sakurai mode activated)

You were laying in bed snuggled into your boyfriend Sakurai Ryo's arms studying his peaceful, sleeping face.

You traced the outline of his jaw delicately with the tip of your finger making him unconsciously smile slightly. You began to stroke his cheek as he nuzzled further into your hand.

You felt sweat trickle down your brow and you realised how hot it was in his room.

You wiggled out of Sakurai's grasp and made your way to the window. You pulled the handle and cracked it open slightly breathing the fresh air through your nostrils and letting out a refreshed sigh.

You suddenly heard whimpers come from Sakurai's sleeping figure. He was feeling around the bed still half asleep and trembling.

"Ryo? Ryo? Are you okay?" you asked concerned as you approached his shaking stature.

"(Y/N)! I-can't-b-breathe" his chest was rising and falling rapidly and he began to cry out as if he was in danger.

You rushed over to him and laid him down on the bed in your arms.

"Shh, Ryo, it's okay I'm here, nothing's going to hurt you" you kept repeating these words, stroking Sakurai's soft locks and kissing his forehead.

"(Y/N) what's happening t-to m-me I d-don't understand what's g-going on?" he continued to shake violently as he nuzzled his head in the crook of your neck,

"It's alright Ryo, it's just a panic attack, nothing bad will happen" you reassure him as you continued to stroke his hair.

You felt a few tears fall on to your neck and you embraced Ryo tighter.

After a while his breathing began to steady and his body only gave out the occasional shiver. You lifted his chin up to see his half open eyes red and puffy from the crying. You kissed the remaining tears away.

"Have you calmed down a little?" you asked

He nodded, "I don't even remember what happened, I'm sorry (Y/N), I'm really sorry"

"Don't be silly, there is nothing to be sorry about" he gave you a lazy smile and blushed.

"What's wrong? Do you have a fever?" you felt his forehead but he felt fine considering he had just had a panic attack,

"I-I j-just really um want to k-kiss you right n-now" he blushed even harder looking down at his lap, "I'M SORRY ,YOU DONT HAVE TO" he said bowing.

You let out a chuckle and leaned in stopping just before his lips, "go ahead" you said.

He connected your lips to his in a soft, short yet passionate kiss. He pulled away and pulled you back into his arms. He began to fiddle with your hair, rubbing the locks inbetween his index finger and thumb giving your head little kisses every now and then. Just as he began to drift back to sleep he said the words he had never said without apologising straight after,

"I love you (Y/N)"

"I love you too Ryo"

Short but I didn't really know what else to write lmao. Is it Ryo or Ryou?

Not my best but it's something and I wrote this at school lmao. Please leave some requests in the comment sections because I'm kind of running out of ideas.
