I'm Mia Kisso. I am African American and used to live in Georgia. I am the only child. My Aunt Maria got kidnapped and then sold into slavery and is treated absolutely terrible. I am afraid my parents will sell me for their freedom. My parents love me but they would rather sell me into slavery to save their own skins. I know I shouldn't be thinking about this and not argue with my parents but I've seen how they treat slaves and it's absolutely terrible. I think about all this while sitting in my secret spot. No one knows about the spot.
