Flashback:
'Shit shit shit!' I thought as I swept around the corner of the dimly lit street. Kicking myself into full gear I began bolting down the road to anywhere I could hide. ' I knew this drug deal wouldn't end well..'. I turned another corner only to run into a group of military police. 'Fuck!' . I turned around hoping not to see more of the assholes. 'Surrounded'
I clenched my jaw. 'I guess..it's the end'
Flashback end:
Sitting, I wait for a trial. 'Why do they need a trial? They know I'm guilty so it doesn't make sense,at least in my opinion'. I keep my head lowered as I hear steady foot steps grow closer. The light in my cell grows dimmer as the tall figure stands in front of the gate. Keys jingle, and then slowly the gate opens to tell me it's time. The man offers me a helping hand to stand, but I simply brush him off. The man finally speaks " it's time to get what you deserve lowlife." I look the man directly in the eye and say " My day has been great. Thanks for asking." The man gives a sturdy glare and harshly grabs my handcuffed wrists causing a pain to resonate through my forearm. I replied by twisting my head to face him and I spat straight in his face.

Roughly, I was pushed through two large doors that led into the courtroom. I walked on to the slightly elevated stage.
"Kneel". I did as I was told and kneeled before the judge. The judge hastily made his way through all my wrong doings. The court left the room, which I suppose was so they could decide my sentence.
Third Person:
As the court were discussing Scarlet R. Death's sentence. A corporal and some of his teammates were deciding how they could use her.
A brown haired, brown eyed girl spoke "She's a tough one that's for sure. She might be able to take on Levi here!"
Next a man with thick eyebrows said " No, I don't think so Hanji, my bets on Levi."
Then a short, stoic man of dark gray eyes replied ,"Tch, honestly Erwin, and Hanji, focus on the task at hand."
Erwin, and Hanji immediately straightened their faces to ones that were more appropriately serious.
Scarlet's Point of View and Time Skip:
"Then it's decided, Scarlet R. Death, for your crimes you shall join the Survey Corps!" The judge announced.
'That's their idea of a punishment?...I guess I'm in for one hell of a ride'
