Part 2-scream

You have lost all your energy but you try your best to stand up. Maybe the scream pulled all your energy out of you. What sort of thing can do that to you?
Then there is another scream it sounds like a small girl but this time it was a much higher pitch
The pain in your ears are getting stronger, piercing it's way to your brain.
This is making you fall to the ground again with your hands over your ears in distress
The pain is so much more worse now, you can't even speak, consequently, you can't call for help
Trapped, stranded, stuck in the middle of nowhere.........

You decide that there might be a solution to this torture where you heard the scream from
Your using all you strength to crawl over there, stopping every couple seconds to pant for breath
You see a small girl laying on the floor, you get closer to see what has happened
She's not moving or breathing but she weirdly had a pulse. How is this possible?

"AAAAAAHAHAAAKAAHAHAKAHA!!!!!!" Said a girl that was standing behind me it seemed to look exactly like the one on the floor.........

What do you do?
run away as quick as you can or stay to see what is happening?
