The sizing for wattpad covers on mobile is 2:3 ratio, but it's usually a little off. Wattpad's recommended size is 256 x 400 pixels.
The size I use is 655 x 1024 and sometimes 512 x 800 (pixels).
If you can't get the right sizing, there's a link to a template in the comments, just put your image over top.
