Why do I love Katniss Everdeen?

Firstly, her singing. It was amazing. It was such an amazing experience that I have remembered almost all the tiny details to this day. Secondly, she makes me feel necessary and important. Although I grew up in a relatively stable home as we got a lot of money from the bakery, my father had not forgotten of his old love (Katniss' mother) and my mother was a bit cruel. Third, it was forbidden. My mother would not have approved of it. Finally, he effect on people. I have tried telling her countless times but she never really seems to understand.
