Last chapter: "Hey, about what you told Nath? I mean not dating anyone for a while. You can date anyone Seev, just that you made a mistake this time doesn't mean..." Jay trailed off. "I think right now I would rather spend some time with my kid rather than look for a step mum for him right now." Siva said. Jay sighed, nodding.

Siva looked back at his son giggling at the TV. He couldn't help but think that things could have turned dangerous if Nathan hadn't been clever enough to remember Jay and the night club. And all this was because he had not been able understand his son. All Siva could hope was that he could now fix up his mistake so that his son doesn't have to set out in search of affection again.

Two months after that incident, Siva was yet to date anyone. His friends had tried their best to set Siva up with someone but the boy would just kindly refuse them. Sometimes, so as to please his friends, he would agree to go on a date but he would either return back early or just ditch the idea on his way to the meet up. The fear of bringing a wrong person in his and his son's life and the fear of having Nathan think that Siva was forgetting him overshadowed any other feelings in his life.

While Nathan was happy that Siva seemed to ditch the idea of bringing him a step mum, he couldn't help but picture his Daddy with the list of women he knew. It's not that Nathan wasn't happy that Siva wasn't dating anyone, on the contrary, Nathan was very happy to have his Daddy all for himself but his uncles had explained him that Siva needed a partner in his life as well as Nathan needing a Mummy in his life. So, the five year old set out on a private mission to find a good partner for his Daddy as well as good step mum for him.

Nathan's first choice was his school teacher, Ms Rosie. She was sweet and nice. She would always give Nathan her special cuddles especially when some of his classmates were mean to him. She would make a good mum. But Nathan had no idea why Ms Rosie had laughed and his Daddy had simply blushed as he hurried to take Nathan out of the class when Nathan asked Ms Rosie to marry his Daddy. "I'm very sorry" Siva had said to Ms Rosie. The lady had just smiled back saying that she heard that plenty times from plenty kids. "But I'm not sorry Daddy" Nathan had muttered back to Siva, cross that Siva didn't take his suggestion seriously but his Daddy had just laughed out as he drove back home.

Nathan's second choice had been Sebastian's mother, Sara. See, Sebastian didn't have a Daddy and Nathan didn't have a Mummy so it seemed good to pair both parents up. There was one big bonus about that and that was both kids getting to stay with each other. Best friends become brothers sounded like a very good idea to both kids which is why Sara and Siva had the shock of their lives when after a day at the park, Sebastian had tugged at Siva's jeans demanding the man to listen to him as Nathan went to Sara. Both parents shared a look with each other but crouched down anyway to listen to the kids. "What's up, Bas?" Siva asked the boy in front of him. "Would you marry my Mummy and become my Daddy?" Sebastian asked Siva. "Bassy" Sara gently scolded but instead was cut off by Nathan demanding her attention. "Would you marry my Daddy and become my Mummy?" Nathan asked Sara.

"Oh my God" Sara gasped before turning to Siva, "I really don't know what's gotten into them." "Oh I know. My little boy here is the root cause of all this. I'm sorry for the awkward situation Sara." Siva explained. Sara chuckled as she turned her attention to Nathan. "I cannot become your Mummy Nath" Sara said and smiled at the boy's pout before continuing, "but see, I'm your best friend's mum so I'm close to being Mummy. I'll be your aunty-mummy. Is that good?" Sara asked. Thankfully, Nathan gave a nod at that. "You won't be my Daddy?" Sebastian asked Siva. "Bassy, like your Mummy just said, we really can't be together but I'll always be your Uncle, right? That's close enough to Daddy." Siva explained. "It's okay Bassy, my Daddy will always love you." Nathan said. "And my Mummy will love you" Sebastian said as he and Nathan hugged each other. "Kids" Sara muttered to Siva who chuckled softly before repeating, "Kids."

Nathan had ran through his little head every possibilities and had to cross out a lot of names like Kelsey because she was Uncle Tom's girlfriend and finally Nathan settled one that had always been his favorite. As the boys gathered around one Saturday evening at Siva's house, laughing as they listened to Nathan's stories of playing matchmaker for his Daddies, Nathan watched his 'potential mummy target' closely. Nareesha was in every way perfect for his Daddy. He had been keen on telling his Daddy about that 'target' but he didn't realized when he fell asleep in Nareesha's arms. "Aww, he's asleep." Nareesha cooed passing on the kid to Siva who took Nathan to bed.

Tucking Nathan in bed, Siva dropped a kiss on the boy's forehead and turned back to return to the boys when he heard Nathan whisper, "I found a Mummy, Daddy. NuNu is a good Mummy." Siva smiled softly to himself shaking his head as he returned back to the boys. Taking a look at Nareesha, Siva sighed inwardly. Nareesha and him? No! "Tell me those stories about Nathan playing matchmaker for you again. That kid is so good." Max asked making Siva laugh as he started telling those stories again.

All he could hope was that his kid doesn't get more ideas about playing matchmaker for his Daddy again.
