Front Desk/Form

You were walking through the halls, kind of getting lost but then you found your way around.. Meaning that you got help from a teacher who saw you leaning against the wall, reading the map upside down. You entered the main office, then going up to the lady at the front desk. When you got closer, she had.. Umm.. Ram horns..? She looked nice, so hopefully she was.
The lady looked up, having on a cheerful smile.
"Hey there Darlin'! What'cha need?"
You explain to her that your a new student here, but she stopped you mid sentence only to give you a scroll and a feathered pen.
"Fill this out for me sugar, then give it back to me." She kindly dismissed you over to a nearby table, so you can fill out your form.
