I feel something inside
It tears at my heart with claws of pain
It cuts me open from the inside
It wants to escape its cage of my skin and bones
This monster in me won't let me go
It wants out
I bleed internally
From the scratches on my heart
My bones are scarred
They will break
It writhes inside
It wants to escape
I won't let it
I will not
It cannot be free
Never again
Will I let it out
It is an evil being
It wants nothing but blood
I must kill it
But I can't
Cause this monster
It is me
