The Female Alpha

                                                                    *Prologue*

Ten years ago

Running in wolf form with my parents is the most fun thing in the world. The grass, leaves, forest is the best. We reached the clearing were my father, (the alpha) of the Gaia pack trains all the members of the pack. My mom, dad and o are here because it's my birthday and I wished, begged and begged some more for my father to train me in wolf form. I'm the second best fighter in hand to hand combat in the pack at eight years old my dad says it's because of my determination, others think it's cause of my alpha blood.

"Ready to start sweetheart." Asked my dad

"Yes daddy," I answered in my little eight year old voice

"Change into your wolf," he told me

"Dad why do we have to do this here, even though I love it here why can't we do it with the other kids" I asked confused

"Darling your wolf is special and we can't let anyone see your wolf" he answered

"Why"

"Your wolf is the legendary silver wolf" he said in awe

"Daddy what is a silver wolf" after I asked him he seemed to have heard something disturbing.

"Darling when you get home go and get all your presents and hide in the secret room" he said in a rush

I was confused, not understanding why the atmosphere change so drastically but i felt something like danger coming; my dad must have seen the expression on my face because he had a proud look on his.

** "Guys get ready it seems we have an early war on your hands. If anything happens to me or Althea (my mom) I want my daughter to rule the pack but since she is only eight and naive, my beta will train her and tell her everything she needs to know and when she is ready he will hand over the pack to her fully and that is an order," he added **

"Ok daddy" I said "see you when you get home" and with that I turned to run off but my dad stopped me

"Don't shift into your wolf until you've read the book" he said

"What book" I asked "you'll see" he said

He and mom took turns kissing me and sent me on my way

I found 7 presents from them both and I put them in the secret room then I took all my present from all the members of the pack too. I shut the door and then fell asleep in the darkness
