*Third person's P.O.V*
Nathan has been talking to Mia this past few days. Love is getting thicker and thicker in the air between the two of them. Mia can tug on a wider smile on her face and be happier than ever after she and Nathan start to go out. Morgan, on the other hand, is waiting for the some good news from Mr. Tyler. Hopefully. She can't just let Mrs. Wright down, but she also loves the track team as much as she loves music. Now, she has to lead the whole team and train them. What else can get worse than this?
Morgan plugs in the earphones during the art class. The song Dear God by Avenged Sevenfold starts playing and Morgan's head filled up with her painful memories. When Sam Badford left her, she lost her way. Her family was not helping at all, her parents kept on bickering like 5 years old and Thomas would just run into her room and cry with her. The pencil tip moves smoothly on the paper, her hands were shaky but that doesn't even create a single flaw on her drawing. Flashbacks have always been a nightmare for her. Life is unfair and every person that she loves the most would eventually leave her, like her Gran. The thought of her Gran builds a wall of tears in her eyes, the tears sprung down her cheeks. Mrs. Vandeline noticed she was crying, "Morgan, my dear. Are you okay?" She approached Morgan and pulled her into a hug. Butterflies start to appear in her stomach. The way the whole class placed their eyes on her makes the demon inside her screams some really nasty words. Morgan felt very uneasy today. Like, someone is playing with her head and makes her heart beating unbelievably fast. Something is wrong today, but she can't figure it out. Morgan looked up and wiped her tears away, forcing her face to pull a smile at her lovely art teacher. "I'm fine, I just don't feel really well," she said. "She is definitely not fine at all. I can see it in her eyes. I know her so well, she's trying her best to be strong." Mrs. Wright's mind spoke. Morgan looks down and continue on her drawing. "You know you can tell me anything, Morgan. Maybe, I could help?" Mrs. Vadeline continued. No words came out from Morgan's mouth, she nodded her head. Mrs. Vandeline knew it all. She knows what's going on with the Ludshey's family. Not many people knew about it. Morgan prefers to keep her personal problems to herself. The bitches at the school would call her names because they don't know what she had been through in life.
The bell rang and Mrs. Vandeline dismissed the class. Morgan still can't figure out what is it that makes her whole day feels odd. Like, something is missing but she can't tell what it was. Morgan pushed that feeling aside and run down the hall when she saw Mr. Tyler talking to Georgia, her teammate. "Any news?" Morgan asked, panting for some air to breathe and praying for a good one. "I talked to Mrs. Wright the other day and--" "And?" Morgan is so done with the teachers kept on cutting her and now it's her turn. "Well, we have made a decision. Which is fair and square to both sides." Mr. Tyler is really taking his sweet time telling the news while Morgan is waiting for it impatiently like someone is dying. The blue colour of her eyes became paler as she waits anxiously. Her look makes Mr. Tyler took a step back from her. "You can perform for the festival and after you finish performing, you need to quickly change and go for the competition," Mr. Tyler finished. Morgan smiled and thanked him, tomorrow she got some personal training to do with him and she can't wait to practice her vocals. This is the only chance she can prove every bitch in the school was wrong about her. Her fighting spirit grew stronger and stronger every time she drags a bitch down to kiss her toe. Yes, ladies and gentlemen she's that desperate. Morgan walked down the hallway and went to her locker.
