My High School Stalker!!!

Chapter 5

I slowly opened my eyes trying to get used to the light and when I did I turned to see that Chloe was playing on her iPad and i sat up and Chloe noticed me and said
"Are you ok?" In a calm voice and I replied to her saying
"Yeah but I think I'm going to go back home today and see what's what" in a slightly confident voice. Chloe replied to me saying
" I think you should too but try and be strong about it, you don't want to get your self upset all over again and anyway I bet your mum is fine" in a reassuring voice.
"Thanks Chloe, your a good friend to me" I said confidently and she just smiled and I returned it.

I walked out of Chloe's house and walked home. After about 2 minutes I am on my doorstep and dreading going in, my mum is gonna kill me. After a couple of seconds I just walk in and I was expecting my mum to be standing there looking angry at me, but she wasn't anywhere to be seen. I looked in the kitchen where she spends nearly all day but she wasn't there either. I slowly went up the stairs and into her room and she was laying there dead and instantly my eye sight went blurry and I knelt down next to her and sobbed. This is all my fault for leaving her here in the house while that murderer was in the house, I'm so sorry mum....
