Title: The Rejection Letter
About: A short story about teenage girl named Kayla who dreams of being recruited for Y.O.G. (Youth Olympic Games). However, she begins to wonder if her dreams are really her's at all. Is she just being pressured into professional sports by her parents? What happens when those dreams begin to fall apart?
My thoughts: This was a great read, and despite its short length, had a lot of impactful messages to share with its readers. I really loved what the main character decided to do by the end, and totally recommend you find out what it is she does for yourself.
