In the morning, Faye spent her time going back to her parents crypt and breaking into one of the graves to get her coven's grimoires. The witches told her to practice magic and she won't be able to do that without them. So now her room was filled with old smelly grimoires. She walked downstairs hearing the soft sound of classical music in the main living room. with a raised eyebrow she follows the sound and see two men, one being Klaus and the other she assumed to be Elijah. He looked a lot handsome in person. She looked between the two seeing as they were reading but spotted the dead girl lying on the table, her blood running down the table and onto the carpet. Before she could question it Rebekah walked in. "So, this is what you do the first time we're back together as a family? Vampire book club?" Faye snickered which caused everyone to turn their heads toward her but continued to their reading.

"Reading edifies the mind, sister. Isn't that right, Elijah?" Elijah sighed with annoyance and looked up at his younger brother. "Yes, that's quite right, Niklaus."

"Then what's with the dead girl lying on your coffee table." Faye gestures to the girl and Elijah looks up from his book to stare at her.

"This is a..." He waves his hand but seems to not be able to find the word, that's when she actually saw that Elijah was reading a grimoire, "...peace offering."

Klaus sighs clearly annoyed with his brothers dissension toward his pathetic try to reason with him. "I presumed, after so much time desiccating in a coffin, that my big brother might be a bit peckish." Then he ruins it with another try.

Elijah then sighs, "And I explained to my little brother that forgiveness cannot be bought. I'd simply prefer to see a change in behavior that indicates contrition and personal growth." Klaus simply rolls his eyes, and Elijah gestures to the dead girl again. "Not this nonsense."

"Well, I hope you enjoy each others company..." Faye turns toward the kitchen but stops to inform them, "... also Klaus your "peace offering" is staining your carpet." She leaves and heard a sigh from Elijah. Faye enters the kitchen and gets herself a bowl but sees Hayley also enter so grabs one for her also. Goes to the next cupboard and gets the cereal.

"Good morning. And Faye we have not properly met." Hayley says a "hey" while Elijah comes and shakes my hand. While Rebekah enters through the back door, dragging a trash can behind her.

"Listen, I know Faye and I are the only one in this house that actually drinks milk, but would it kill any of you to make sure it's on the grocery list?" Rebekah comes stomping through the kitchen "Speaking of, add bleach." Hayley pulls ice cream out of the freezer, and Faye takes it away from her seeing as it's not right for breakfast.

"You know, I do hope my siblings were hospitable to you in my absence." Faye smiles.

"In your absence, as you like to call it-- which is a way-too-polite way of saying that your brother put a dagger in your heart--" Faye looked at Elijah surprisingly, guess they missed that little bit of information. Elijah brings two a spoons to the counter, "I have been attacked by French Quarter vampires, I've had to live in a house with a secret dungeon full of coffins, and I was nearly murdered by witches who are convinced my baby is Lucifer." Elijah just smiles sympathetically and he pulls orange juice and milk out of the fridge, pours Hayley a bowl of cereal, and then fills it with milk and I do the same to myself. When Hayley realizes that they had milk all along, she looks slightly guilty and embarrassed. "Oh... milk. They've been fine. Your siblings are weirdly protective, I know I have you to thank for that. But Faye arrived out of the blue and also... helped." Faye looked up as she put her spoon in her mouth.

" Yes I asked Faye to also protect you, I'm just happy to see that you're in one piece." He smiles at her and hands her the bowl of cereal, "So, back to the murderous witches. I have some concerns."
