When I got to first block, my friends

were already at the table. They

seemed mad about something. "Hey

guys," I greeted as I sat down.

Everybody store at me except my

best- second best friend, Claire.

"What's wrong," I ask. "Your

boyfriend is what's wrong," spat

Mandy. Boyfiriend? I never had a

boyfriend, except second grade, my

club penguin boyfriends, and the one

I made up. "What boyfriend," I ask

unsure. "The black haired midget,"

said Carla. They were talking about

Stevie. "Who, Stevie?" I ask. They all

looked at each other. "He's not my

boyfriend," I say. "Then why do you

always hang out with him," asked

Ashley. "Yeah, I mean he's such a

nerd," added Adit. At that moment I

went off. "First of all, he's not a

midget. How dare you talk like that

about him. Second, he's not a nerd.

How does he relate to a nerd? He

doesn't wear glasses, no suspenders,

no pocket protectors, and he gets C's

and B's." They all store at me. "You

know what," I say standing up. "We're
leaving," I grabbed Claire's hand and

stormed off to a different table.

After that awful class, we went to

science, where my crush, Tony would

be. "Yay, science," I say and Claire

rolls her eyes. "Is it because of-" I cut

her off "yes." We went in and sat

down. Moments later we left for

lunch, where we talked with Tony the

whole time. Until...."OMG," screamed

Claire breaking the silence. "What?

What?" We asked frantically. "Milk

just told me that broccoli broke up.

with carrots!" She gasped. We

pretended to be astonished. You could
definitely say that today was a good

last day of sixth grade.
