I have a bad feeling about this so I sent Ricky a random I love you text. He didn't reply so he's still sleeping. Me and Chris walk up to the door and he knocks on it. Nikki comes to the door and smiles at us. Well to me. It was kinda creepy. Maybe he hasn't moved on yet.
"Hey Ghost. To what do I owe this visit?"
"Yeah hi. You need to back off my girlfriend." Chris says and Nikki looks up at him.
"Alright."
"Well that was easy."
"Well don't be strangers, c'mon in." We preceded with caution and he gave us some drinks. We talked and he said he's over me but I know that's bullshit. Once a creeper always a creeper. I drank mine beer he gave me and Chris does the same.
Everything got hazy after my second one and Chris pulls my arm saying we have to leave.
"Already?" Nikki whines and I passed out from something in that drink. It did taste rather funky. Bastard must've spiked it.
When I woke again I was in a bed in someone's arms. I glanced up to see my boyfriend looking rather worried.
"Oh thank God you're awake. You hit your head pretty hard."
Come to think of it, my head is really hurting.
"What happened?" I'm having trouble remembering the events of today. Must be the hang over or something.
"I had a person come and try take you away from me."
"Why?"
"Who knows. But you're safe now."
I nod and snuggled into his chest and he holds me close. Something cold presses against my chest and I grabbed it. It was a sun necklace. It looked so familiar for some reason, I can't explain it.
"What's this?"
"Just a piece of shit." He takes it off me and I nodded again.
"I love you."
"I love you too Nikki."
