It's so cold in Britain this season, even more than last years. I pull out my headphones that where blasting Nevertheless the Wonderful band Oasis. Wonderwall. Spiffing! I wish it wasn't so crowded today.. I need to get to my apartment soon. Akward should be on soon and I missed last weeks so, they better replay it. My ipod loves me todayyyyy! Yes! Boys like girls, Hero/Heroin! Such a good song. Now it plays one of the songs I wrote. I call my cab over and some douche tries to take it.

"What do you think you're doing, sir?" I smirk with a hint of annoyance.

"I was about to catch my cabbie I called so I won't be late for my flight!" He smiles kindly with sarcasm sprinkled on it.

"I believe I called him. But anyways I'm late to being lazy the rest of the freezing day." "Really? That sounds nice. We'll ride together?" I smile brushing a strand of my colorful hair away.

As we drive away he asks about my name, how my hair got so many pastel hue colours, and if I were from around here.

"Is your hair naturally that light blonde??" My almost seemingly bestfriend asked.

"No I bleached it once and added the pastels!" I explained.

"What's your name dove?"

" I'm just a face amungst the shivering crowd known as Mardeline. And you are kind sir?" I smiled sweetly. He's really kind. He looks like the lead singer of the Arctic Monkeys..

"I would say MY names just Alex. I don't get to be amungst the crowd." He chuckled "I'm surprised you haven't realized who I am.." He blushes red freckles. "I have." I winked. "This is my stop, if you're ever around come for a visit. I won't mind the kind company!" I flashed a cheerful smile walking away.
