Perrie and Jade had just finished packing the rest of their needed things for their journey to Ireland. They decided that they wanted to celebrate New Year's eve together and by together they mean only the both of them. Their families were fairly shocked when they first introduced their idea to their parents and friends since they haven't seen them in quite a while but they understood their decision when they explained the lack of time the couple had to themselves.

Their destination was chosen because of one the beautiful landscapes and peacefulness as well as they figured that no one would suspect them going to a small Irish village to spend the holiday. The last thing they wanted to worry about were nosy paps and their stupid questions, they wouldn't leave them alone even if it was christmas time. Sometimes Perrie felt bad for them seeing as they only wanted to earn money so they could give their family whatever they needed but then one of those encounters happen where they follow her basically everywhere and tried their best to get the worst or better said best picture of Perrie looking her worst in order to sell it to some magazine that once again didn't care about their privacy at all.

"Are you ready, babes?" the footballer asked her girlfriend as they were both sat in the back of a car. They got the singer's driver to get them to the airport, where they would get into a plane which would land in Paris only for them to get into a helicopter which would be hidden really well. It seems like a lot but the paps aren't scared of anything and having an a lister like Perrie who normally hasn't got a lot of scandals going on have something suspicious going on made everything a lot better to them.

"Yeah" Perrie whispered while nodding her head as sign for her driver to start the engine and get on with their journey and that's exactly what he did. The blonde sighed when she heard numerous cameras flashing, trying their best to get a good shot of the blonde, which was pretty much impossible as the windows were dimmed.

Every once in a while she wished to not be famous. When she felt this way she usually just wanted to go back to the old days where she was at school and just started dating Jade, she had everything she could wish for, a loving family, that's if you exclude the evil ex step mother that her dad had already gotten rid of, supportive friends and a wonderful girlfriend. She was able to play music whenever she wanted to and could see the people she loved the most whenever she wanted to, sure she would want people to listen to her songs and have them being inspired by them but she wouldn't have to deal with paps, busy schedules, early mornings and so on.

But when she felt this way she would check twitter or any other social network and see the amount of fans she had and she knew that every one of them loved something about her and that every one of them had another reason why they love her and that's something not everyone could tell. She was taken back to one of her concerts, usually one of the small ones, those she played at the beginning of her career, she could see the glimmer in the people's eyes, their excitement and passion, everyone aleays seemed to be on cloud nine and she was sure they had waited to see her live for a long time, she also made sure to talk to a lot of fans. Now it was all a bit different, she loved performing in front of massive crowds, sometimes even stadiums but she didn't feel the same kind of connection she would have at one of her little shows, that's why she'll announce a few surprise shows as well, there wouldn't be more than 200 people at once and she wanted to make sure to great every one attending and talk to them as well. She felt that if she would just continue to perform to huge crowds that she would lose her ground and won't like performing anymore one day.

"Everything ok? You seem a bit off" Jade stated, while playing with her fiance's fingers more precisely her engagement ring. It's a habit Jade had picked up when she put that ring on her finger it reminded her that Perrie had indeed agreed to marry her.

"Yeah, I was just thinking"

"I saw that, was it because of the paps again?" Perrie sighed and nodded, a little smile forming on her face either way since Jade just knew her too well. "Don't worry about them, we'll be fine, they won't be able to find us. Now relax and try to catch some sleep, I'll wake you when we're at the airport" Jade told Perrie to which the younger girl nodded and laid her head on the older girl's shoulder, closing her eyes and soon being welcomed by the wonderful world of sleep.
