Chapter 10

"Hello?" I shout as I open the front door. "In the living room!" Natalie shouts back. "I have some guests with me" I shout back and tell the boys to come with me. Natalie's mouth drops as soon as she sees them. "Caspar and Joe in our house" she slowly says making me laugh. "Hello!" Joe says cheerfully with a smile. Caspar just stares at her. I cough. And I cough again. "Caspar!" Joe shouts nudging him. "Yea what?" He asks shaking his head making all of us laugh. "Right so I'm going to cook dinner and leave you guys here" I smile walking to he kitchen. "I'll help you" Joe says from behind me. "Bye love birds!" Shouts Caspar. I could hear some talking from the living room but I couldn't tell what was said. "Right sooooo, I hope you won't tell me what you do" I laugh looking at Joe taking out everything from the shopping bag. "We can combine powers!" Joe says in the you-shall-not-pass way lifting up one arm and looking at the ceiling. "Okay.." I laugh. "What shall I do?" He asks.

After about 25 minutes everything was done and it smells amazing. We took out four plates and put a fair amount on each one. I gave Joe a kiss on the cheek making him smile. "Wait" Joe says before I leave the kitchen with two plates and two forks. He smiles at me and gently pecks my lips "you're gonna make me drop the plates!" I laugh. "Wipe your lips" I also say making him laugh since he had bright red lipstick on his lips. As I walk back to the living room I remember back to our first real kiss at the park at 4 in the morning. I smile to myself also remembering that it was today. "Here you go" I say to Caspar and Natalie as I place the plates in front of them on the coffee table. Joe comes in and sits beside me on the other sofa. "Would you believe that a 17 year old beat me 4-2 in Fifa?" Caspar asks shocked. "16" I correct him. "16?" Joe asks looking at me then at Natalie. "You look 17" Caspar says to Natalie with furrowed eyebrows. "I think that's a compliment" I laugh swirling my fork in the spaghetti. "I'm 17 next week though whoooop" Natalie beams. "You're shit at fifa anyway Cas" laughs Joe. "Natalie and I are the best aren't we Nat?" I smile and she nods her head. "Okay I'll be honest, this is really good" Joe says smiling. "I'll taste, and I'll decide" Caspar tries to say in a posh accent but failing "Decide what?" Asks Natalie confused. "If Francesca's bolognese is better than mine" answers Joe. "My sisters food is the best so you would have to be a really good cook" says Natalie smiling at me. Everyone turns to look at Caspar whilst he slowly chews. "Okay I have to say that....they're both really good" he says looking at Joe and I. "Dammit" I mumble making Joe laugh. He high fives me and we all eat our food in silence watching the tv.

"Natalie how's Hazel?" I ask breaking the silence and putting my empty plate on the coffee table. "She's good but omg she's moving to Australia with her parents!" she announced. "Oh whys that?" I ask with surprise. "Her dad got a job there and they already bought a house so they are all moving" she answers with a small frown. "Aww I'll miss her she was like another sister" I say. "She's going to visit us on the day she moves which is...the 11th" she adds. "So how are you going to do your photography college work?" I ask raising an eyebrow. "You're gonna have to help me" she laughs. "That was a nice conversation" says Caspar putting his plate down and looking at Natalie and I. "Okay?" Natalie says. "Oh Caspar our Christmas tree will arrive in 2 days on Friday the 5th" smiles Joe also putting his empty plate down. "Mine arrives tomorrow" I stick my tongue out at Caspar. "Oooh are we going to decorate it tomorrow?" asks Natalie very excited and I nod my head. "Yay!" She cheers. I stand up and grab two PlayStation controllers "game of Fifa Sugg?" I ask chucking a controller at him. "Bring it on" he smirks.

"You cheated!" Caspar defends Joe. "How did she!?" Natalie defends me. Okay so to let you know I won 5-4 and Joe thinks I cheated and now everyone is arguing. "LISTEN!" I shout shutting everyone up. I then laugh and add "I won 5-4 and I did NOT cheat so tah dah" I say standing up and going to the kitchen. Someone follows me and I turn around to see its Natalie with a frown. "You alright?" I ask as I grab a glass and she sits on the kitchen counter. "Natalie?" I ask worried and her head falls down with slow tears falling out of her eyes. "Shhh" I pat her back whilst hugging her. "Hey do you.." Comes in Joe and his smile turns to a worried look. "Everything alright?" He asks concerned. "Yeh just give us a minute" I answer with a small smile and he walks out of the kitchen "Whatever is bothering you, you can tell me" I gently say as she lifts her head. "Maybe later..." She whispers. "The words can't get out of my mouth" she adds weakly which made me even more worried. I'm her sister, her only family and I care about her more than anything. I hope it's something not as bad as I think...She jumps off the kitchen counter and hugs me then grabs a tissue wiping her face. "Want a drink?" I ask pouring some squash into my glass. She shakes her head and goes out of the kitchen. I exit the kitchen and follow Natalie through the living room but she walks straight downstairs probably to her room. "Is she alright?" Asks Caspar as I sit beside Joe. "Yeah yeah it's nothing" I answer not showing how worried I was. Joe puts his arm around me and squeezes me close to him. "So are you like a thing or just act it?" Asks Caspar with a raised eyebrow. Joe looks at me so I nod because we are probably thinking the same things. "Yes we are" Joe answers looking at Caspar. "I knew it!" He shouts clapping. "Just keep it low for some time ok? Knowing you and your big mouth" Joe adds laughing. I take my phone out of my pocket and look back at the selfie that Joe and I took when we were walking to the park.

I press tweet and some people comment really nice things like 'omg she's so pretty without make up' and 'I ship it already' but there were also some like 'errr they can't be together' and 'slut' which made me laugh. "What's funny?" Asks Caspar. "People calling me a slut just that I took a selfie with Joe" I laugh. Caspar also takes out his phone and probably goes in Twitter. Seconds later I receive his tweet

I laugh and show Joe my tweet and Caspar tweet which also makes him laugh. "We should get going soon since it's 5pm" says Caspar locking his phone. Joe frowns at me and Caspar awws. "Joe I can't be glued to you" I laugh and use my fingers to turn his frown into a smile. "I'm just going to see Natalie and say that you're going" I say standing up and walking downstairs. I knock on her door and wait for a response. I open the door "Caspar and Joe are going do you want to say goodbye?" I ask and she nods her head with a small smile and gets up from her bed. I walk upstairs with her telling her rubbish jokes which make her laugh. She hugs Joe and Caspar-Caspar longer-and says goodbye. I hug Caspar first and then Joe giving him a peck on the cheek whilst walking them to the door. "Bye!" They say cheerfully leaving the door. Natalie smiles and I wave. "So you and Joe..?" She asks and I roll my eyes.
