Boy Crush

I once met this girl sweet as can be, out of the league of little ol' me. Her bright smile would light up my day, she'd make me so nervous with little to say. I'll never forget when she seemed so sad, I held her close and it wasn't so bad. We've known eachother only a week or so. Still my crush on her continues to grow. I don't have the guts to say it in real, so I wrote this poem to show how I feel.
