chapter 2

(Shadows POV)

Once I got home my mum, dad, sister and brothers were out the fount they were playing together I waved at mum then drove me car into the back yard and up to the shade will it is not a shade any more it is my house any I open my shade door and dive in once I had got the strength to get out of the car I went up stair and had a shower and got changed I was back done stare looking at my car when they was a knock at my door

"Who is it" I asked "its mum can I come in" asked mum "yes ok" I said mum came in and looked at my car and saw the dick drawing on it "who did that Shadow" she asked all I did was point to Clayton's name and cried "oh did he do it again" she knows that I get beaten up by him "yes but this time it was different in a good way" I said "how is getting beaten up a good thing" she asked "will usually he hits me until his bored but today Mr Obst told him off" I explained to mum

"so Mr Obst helped you I think he is the only teacher that has done something even after I've come up to tell them about it" she said I nodded my head "what does he teach" she questioned "HPE and zoo studies he is my teacher for zoo studies and HPE" I told her "ok will that's enough of that now I will let you study for you upcoming exams and let you work on your car also make sure you eat dinner night sweetie" she gave me a kiss on the head "night my tell everyone but Shaun night and I love them" I asked she nodded her head and left and I got to work on my car by the time I was done it was 11:30 so I had some dinner and was going up hen went up to bed.

As I went up to my room I heard my door open I looked done and saw the one person I hate more than Clayton it was my step dad Shaun I hide around the Conner "come out Shadow" he said pulling out a knife he held it up to my car threatened to scratch it "come on Shadow or I will scratch your car" he said because he knows that I love my car and if anything happens to it I get mad so I got out from my hiding places and went down stairs to stop him

"haha I knew you would come to stop me from scratch your car" he said "what do you want Shaun I was already beat up to day" I yelled at him really loud hoping mum or someone would hear me "yeah I now you got beat up you mother told me which is why I'm here" he yelled back as he did he came up to me and punched me in the face and punched me to the ground and stared too kick me in the gut I screamed out in pain as he got the knife and cut me leg and arms

I closed my eyes then it all stopped I heard yelling eye opened my eyes to see my mum at my side trying to help me up and MR OBST yelling at Shaun what the hell is Mr Obst doing here now I'm scared and curios I looked at mum giving her the WHAT-THE-HELL-IS-MR-OBST-DOING-HERE look she returned it with a I-will-tell-you-later look I looked back at Mr Obst and Shaun

"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING HERE" yelled Shaun "HELPING SHADOW" he screamed back "WILL DON'T I THOUGHT TEACHERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO COME TO STUDENTS HOMES" Shaun yelled he has a point though "IT IS DIFFERENT IF THEY PARENTS 1 ASK THEM TO AND 2 IF THEY STEP DADS ARE BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF THEM" he yelled looking at Shaun and me so mum ask sir to come round

I was pulled out of my thoughts by the sound by a thud sound I looked towards way Shaun and Mr Obst where and I was shock to see Mr Obst on the ground holding his face in his hands I'm taking Shaun punched him the face hared than he hits me I saw Shaun go to start kicking him so I stood up and punched Shaun in the faces

It is bad enough that he hits me but to hit my teacher that's too far Shaun trued round after I punched him and punched me back "OH SHADOW WHY ARE YOU PROTECTING HIM" he yelled at me "BECAUSE IT IS BAD ENOUGH THAT YOU ABUSE ME BUT TO DO IT TO SOMEONE ELSE THAT IS 1 A TEACHER AND 2 IS STANDING UP FOR ME IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN" I yelled and looked over to Mr Obst who is still on the floor by looking up at me "SHAUN GET OUT OF MY LIFE AND NEVER COME BACK WE ARE NO LONGER MARRED" yelled my mum who was balling her eyes out

Shaun did not take this very well at all but of course he is going to take his anger out on me as he went to punch me I was pushed out of the way by someone don't know who though as I fell to the floor I heard someone yell in pain I looked at who it was and it was Mr Obst after Shaun was done beating sir up which I tried to move sir out of the way but Shaun keep pushing away he ran away

I looked at Mr Obst who was on the floor in a ball I crawled over to him "sir are you ok" I asked helping him up and we both on the wall "y..yes are y..you ok" he asks I nod my head and look at mum who is not crying anymore "mum why did you do that you loved him" I asked her "will I did then after I saw what he did to you and Mr Obst and I don't want to be married to someone who hurts my daughter and her teacher" she said "no please miss roes call me Matt you can to Shadow but not in school" he said laughing at the end

"Ok but don't call me Miss Roes or Miss Zillmann call me Amender" said mum "mum I have a question how did you now the Shaun was abusing me again and why did you call Mr Obst sorry Matt" I asked "I heard you yelling and screaming and I knew I was not going to be able to stop him so I call Matt only because you told me that he helped you with Clayton" she said

"And when I got the phone call from her at 11:30 I Knew something was wrong before I picked up the phone and when we hang up I got in my car and may have gone over the speed limit to get down here as fast as I could" Mr Obst I mean Matt add in "yeah ok but why did you come and Sir" I said "because back in school I told you if you needed help with anything I would help I meant it" he said

I screamed in pain and looked down at where Shaun had cut me they was a lot of blood everything stared to go dark but before it all did I saw Matt hug me saying I'm going to be ok then everything was black

(A few hours later still Shadows POV)

I woke up in my bed with banged around my legs and arms I sat up and saw Matt was on the floor asleep and mum left a note saying she has gone back to the house and that Matt is staying here for the night and to go back to sleep I did as she said and went to sleep

A/N sorry that it toke so long for me to update so i made a longish chapter sorry if they is any spelling mistakes and all the names in this book are made up
