A Hobbit and A Dwarf

X : Barrels!

I walk down the stairs to see the barrels. It will surely fit a dwarf in it. There are fifteen barrels, perfect! I walk to the other side where there are elves. They seem to be preparing for Mereth Nuin Giliath. Then we have to escape tonight. When the elves are having a feast we will escape. I walk to Fìli to tell the plan. After i tell him he kisses my cheek. He surely is full of hope now! I walk up the stairs again and bump into Legolas. I almost fall back when he catches me.

"Father wishes to meet you." He says.

"Watch where you going Greenleaf. But I don't want to meet him."

"Sorry, well, he insists." He answers while giving a space for me to walk.

I walk to the throne. I feel something touches me but there's no one. I remember the ring Bilbo have. If that is the Ring, i hope he managed to get in.

Bilbo's POV

I'm wandering the elven kingdom. Searching for the dungeons. I ended up in a place, in front of me is the King. I thought he knows i am there but i'm glad that what he meant was a she-elf. I walk leaving them. An elf walks pass me, i wear the ring i found when i was with Gollum. I follow him. He enters a room, i thought i have followed the wrong elf until i see the dungeons doors. I have found them! I walk quietly down the stairs. I'm halfway down when Nili walks up the stairs with the elf i followed behind her. I touch her shoulders to get her attention, silly me! I'm invisible, she can't see me. I can't be visible with the elf on her tail also. I guess i have to find the keys first.

Back to Nili's POV

Legolas is still following me. We arrive at the throne and he leaves me with Thranduil.

"You called." I say. Still bitter as ever.

"Yes," he turns to see me.

He asks me a bunch of questions which i answer with "i know the actions you will take if i answer either yes or no." Which piss him off. He says terrible things about the dwarves. I clench my fist as he says every word.

"Those are not entirely true! And you can not stop them. They will find an escape from here and i will help them. I hope you will enjoy Mereth Nuin Giliath without me!" I leave him without a glance back.

He wishes me to be a represent of mum. Let this year's feast be dim to him because of all the things he have done to mum. I run to the dungeon, when i arrive they're all empty. I walk down when something catch my eye. A hidden place where i see a coat. I grab one to see who's coat is it. Fìli's! I look to grab another one but there weren't any more. I run down to see them already in the barrels. And there's Bilbo too! He pulls the lever before i can stop him.

"Genius Bilbo, where's the barrels for us?" He didn't think this through. Great.

I put on Fìli's coat and pull him to the ending of the plank. We fall just as an elf sees us. We fall to the river and i swim to Fìli. He smiles to me, i smile back. I succeed getting in one of the barrels, poor Bilbo didn't. The water gate is closed and orcs are attacking. Kìli get out from his barrel and pull the lever to open the gate. An orc shoots his knee. He jumps back after the gate is open and the current pushes us. We escaped the elves, now we have to outrun the orcs.

Ahh,,,,,another chapter done. I don't really have anything to say about this chap than the bitter act to Thranduil. I was thinking about sweet talking and make him don't know i'm with the dwarf but 'why not bitter?' So i make her bitter to Thranduil. Okay, hope you enjoy this chap ^^
