As I open my eyes to a bright room, all I can think of is 'am I dead?' The thought runs through my head until I realize I'm not in heaven, or hell.
I'm in a hospital. I hear sobbing from somewhere in the room, so I look around and see Daniel with is hands cupped around his face.
I try to make a word come out of my mouth but all I can do is cough. As soon as I coughed Daniel's head shot up.
'Hey' I coughed. He leaped out of the chair he was sitting on and hugged me while whispering "never scare me like that again."
