Sonic's POV
Me and Mephiles are in our fighting positions, dad was at the sidelines with my friends

He's about to charge at me but I rolled and got up, I spindashed at him and he fell, I sped to Caliburn

I swung my sword and he blocked it, we continued like that until I missed
Mephiles: ha! Don't make me laugh!
He charged dark energy and blasted right at me
Tails: SONIC!!
I slowly got up, I saw Mephiles charging towards me and I shut my eyes, but then nothing happened, when I look up Freed, Knuckles, & Silver are blocking his attack
Sonic: guys
Freed: we got your cover Sonic
Silver: let's do this
Sonic: 'nodded' where are you Amy

Amy's POV
We all continue running the halls and then I saw Aleena, Manic, & Sonia, by the looks of it Aleena was injured from the leg

Sonic's POV
I'm exhausted and I saw and I can see Freed, Silver, and Knuckles panting even Mephiles was panting, but I can't give up
Tails: c'mon Sonic! You can do it!
Rouge: FINISH HIM OFF BIG BLUE!!!
They're supporting me, so I got up and ran towards Mephiles

I saw Mephiles got up and I missed and he blasted at me and I fell

I fell on the ground hard and I saw one of Mephiles's dark energy holding me tight and I can't move, until I heard
Amy: Sonikku!!
I turned and saw Ames with mom, Sonia, and Manic, and I looked forward and saw Mephiles charging up
Mephiles: time to end your life!
He throw his sword and it's charging towards me, I tried to get up but I'm still stuck, the sword's getting closer and I shut my eyes tight until

Suddenly nothing happened, I opened my eyes after I heard someone shouted and when I looked up I saw something that ended my happiness forever

Amy's POV
We've made it to the throne room and I saw my father blasted at Sonic and he fell on the ground, my father's energy held Sonic tight
Amy: Sonikku!!
He turned and he saw me and we turned to father and he's charging up his energy and into his sword
Mephiles: time to end your life!
Father's sword is charging towards Sonic, he's struggling and he stopped but he closed his eyes, I can't let him die! I can't, but I have no other choice, I ran in front before it reached Sonic
Amy: NOOOO!!
I stood in front of Sonic and the sword pierced right at my chest, I saw my father widen his eyes, I turned and saw the others's eyes where shock in fear, the energy stopped and I fell on my knees as my body fell in the side

Sonic's POV
I saw it, my one and only love took the shoot to protect me, my eyes were widen in shock and fear, she landed on her knees and and fell on the side, the energy around me stopped I got up
Sonic: AMY!
I held her close and I saw the blood right at her chest, I clench my hand to Amy's hand as she slowly opening her eyes
Amy: S-Sonic?
She coughed out blood from her mouth
Sonic: Ames your gonna be alright, I promise you!
Amy: I-I don't thi-think I c-can.....
Sonic: don't say that! I can't lose you! Like you lose your mother!
Amy smiled at me and let go of my hand and placed hers on my cheek, I don't care if it has blood on it
Amy: don't w-worry to-too much
I felt my tears are starting to flow, and some landed on Amy's face
Amy: o-oh my, this I-is the 1st Ti-time I've saw you sh-shed tears to me
I held her hand at my cheek, I saw someone of the others come close to us, some are in tears
Amy: Sonic, do-do you know why I d-did that?
I slowly shook my head
Amy: I d-did that t-to save you, ca-cause I love you, some-sometimes you need to the-these for love, and-and I want you t-to live
Sonic: that's why you did that? I want you to live as well 'choking up'
Amy: I know but thank you..........for everything, for t-the love, for ki-kindness, and for t-the free-freedom you gave me

I saw her closed her eyes and her hand at my cheek is slowly falling and it fell on her bleeding stomach
Sonic: Ames?! AMES!! Don't leave me!! Amy! Amy! 'Shaking her'
No response, no heartbeat, just lifeless, she's really gone
Sonic: 'sobbing' AMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
